Food & Beverage Manager – Luxury Resort

Location: St. Kitts
Compensation: $2,500–$3,000 USD per month + service charge & tips

We are recruiting on behalf of a luxury resort in St. Kitts seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to oversee the resort’s dining operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong restaurant leader looking to take ownership of a F&B department within an intimate luxury resort environment.

Reporting directly to the General Manager, the successful candidate will oversee all food and beverage operations, leading the restaurant team while driving exceptional guest experiences, financial performance, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the resort’s restaurant and meeting spaces
• Lead, motivate, and develop the Food & Beverage team across front and back of house
• Ensure exceptional service standards and memorable guest experiences
• Manage departmental budgets, forecasting, cost controls, and financial reporting
• Monitor food and beverage costs, inventory, purchasing, and operational expenses
• Develop and implement service standards, procedures, and operational improvements
• Work closely with culinary leadership to ensure seamless restaurant operations
• Support events and meetings while maintaining high service standards
• Complete administrative reporting and ensure smooth day-to-day department management

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Previous Food & Beverage Manager, Restaurant Manager, or similar leadership experience
• Strong background managing restaurant operations within a hotel, resort, or upscale dining environment
• Proven financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, cost sheets, and reporting
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
• Experience managing front-of-house operations and guest service standards
• Highly organized with strong administrative skills
• Caribbean hospitality experience is considered an advantage
• Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences in a luxury island environment
