Production Operative – Severn Beach 

People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join our well-established client based in Severn Beach

This position is ideal for applicants looking for a role as a Factory Operative, Machine Operative or Assembly Operative.

Shifts: Working 5 days out of 7 over Sunday - Friday - start times between 6.00am & 9.00am

Rates of Pay

• £13.77ph
• £20.65ph after 40 hours

Day-to-Day Duties

As a Production Operative, your duties will include (but are not limited to):

   •   Order picking in both ambient and chilled environments
     •   Packing orders
     •   Loading and unloading deliveries
     •   Completing stock checks and basic documentation
     •   Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment
     •   Working closely with colleagues across manufacturing and warehouse teams 

Essential Skills

  • Ability to carry out manual handling tasks, including lifting and moving materials
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow work instructions accurately
  • A team-focused approach with the ability to work collaboratively to meet production targets

Desirable Experience

  • Previous experience within a production or manufacturing environment (advantageous but not essential)
  • Availability to start work as soon as possible

Training Provided

  • Company policy and procedure training provided to successful candidates
