TeacherActive is proud to be working with a mix of private day nurseries, Cylch Meithrins and Flying Start settings in Bridgend. These welcoming early years settings are committed to providing safe, engaging and supportive environments where children can learn, develop and thrive.

We are looking for a Nursery Assistant for part time and full time opportunities, supporting children across the setting and helping to deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities. The successful Nursery Assistant will also support daily routines, promote children’s wellbeing and ensure safeguarding procedures are followed at all times.

The successful Nursery Assistant will have:

• Level 2 or Level 3 CCLD / CCPLD qualification
• Experience working with children within an early years or nursery setting
• A good understanding of safeguarding and the importance of creating a safe environment
• The ability to deliver engaging activities for children
• A caring, enthusiastic and proactive approach
• Flexibility to work effectively across the setting
