The Opportunity

A well-established, multi-branch mixed veterinary practice serving Dundee, Tayside, Angus and Fife is seeking an experienced Equine & Farm Clinical Director to lead and develop its dedicated team.

This is an exciting opportunity for an MRCVS registered Veterinary Surgeon to combine hands-on clinical work with strategic leadership. The successful candidate will have genuine autonomy to shape the future of the Equine & Farm Animal service, supported by an experienced practice structure and wider operational team.

The role will involve leading and mentoring 4–5 Equine & Farm Vets, driving service development, maintaining excellent clinical standards and fostering a positive, forward-thinking team culture. The Clinical Director will also work closely with the Small Animal Clinical Directors and Practice Manager as part of the wider leadership team.

Salary & Benefits

About the Candidate

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Equine & Farm Animal Veterinary Surgeon with MRCVS registration, strong clinical skills and excellent communication abilities. Previous leadership or management experience would be advantageous, as would a passion for developing people, services and clinical standards.
