Staffline is recruting Innovation Team Administrators in Ashford.

The rate of pay is £16.82 per hour.

This is a full-time role working fixed shifts, Monday to Friday, and the hours of work are:
- 9am to 5:30pm

Your Time at Work

As a Innovation Team Administrator you will work within the Implementation team to identify cost saving opportunities and product innovation turning new ideas into practical processes within the factory.

Some of the tasks involve:

- Track and support on project progress, key milestones, costs, and post-launch performance metrics
- Support the creation and update of factory documentation such as line specifications, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and work instructions
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Updating project trackers (Excel), line standards (Word) and taking notes from calls and meetings.
- Updating trial calendar (Excel), data sheets (Excel) and other project documentation.

Essential:
- Excellent excel skills
- Highly Organised
- Excellent Communication
- Experience working in a food manufacturing environment
- Good understanding of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice), food safety standards and general supply chain

Desirable:
- Demonstrated ability to drive results and work effectively in a fast paced and changing environment with multiple priorities
- Worked with SAP before
- Worked in packaging or innovation team
