The provider is looking to appoint an Interim Head of School - Motor Vehicle Engineering on a full-time temporary basis, with the contract end date currently to be confirmed. The successful Interim Head of School - Motor Vehicle Engineering will provide effective leadership across the provision, supporting staff and students while driving high standards, continuous improvement and positive outcomes within Motor Vehicle Engineering.

The successful Interim Head of School - Motor Vehicle Engineering will have:

• Relevant qualification or professional background within Motor Vehicle Engineering
• Experience working within a Further Education or similar educational setting
• Previous leadership or management experience within an education or Motor Vehicle Engineering provision
• Strong organisational, communication and people management skills
• The ability to lead teams effectively and maintain high standards of teaching, learning and student outcomes
• An ambitious, collaborative and progressive approach to leadership
