TeacherActive is proud to work alongside mainstream secondary schools throughout Cwmbran. We are seeking confident and dependable Cover Supervisors to provide classroom cover across KS3 and KS4 from September.

As a Cover Supervisor, you will deliver work that has been pre-planned by teaching staff, manage classroom behaviour and provide pupils with the guidance they need to complete their work successfully.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience working with children or young people
• Confidence managing groups of secondary-aged pupils
• Strong behaviour management and communication skills
• The ability to follow lesson plans and instructions effectively
• A flexible and adaptable attitude
• A professional and positive approach to education
