We’re working with a leading, award-winning facilities management business that is looking to add an experienced Senior Refrigeration Engineer to its team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a refrigeration engineer with strong supermarket/retail experience who wants a secure role with a well-established business, excellent benefits and genuine opportunities to progress.

💰 THE PACKAGE

• £54,261 salary including £3,000 location allowance
• Company van + fuel card – personal use included
• Door-to-door pay
• Overtime paid at time & a half
• Up to 4% annual bonus

🔧 THE ROLE

You’ll be responsible for servicing and maintaining commercial refrigeration systems across a portfolio of multi-site retail clients.

This is a genuinely hands-on, mobile position covering London and the surrounding areas, with responsibilities including:

✔️ Planned & reactive maintenance
✔️ Fault finding and diagnostics
✔️ Repairs and servicing
✔️ Working on supermarket refrigeration systems
✔️ Delivering excellent customer service

👷 WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

You’ll need:

• Proven refrigeration engineering experience
• Supermarket refrigeration experience
• F-Gas / C&G 2079
• CO2 qualification
• Full UK driving licence
• Strong communication and time-management skills
• A good understanding of Health & Safety

Monday–Friday | 45 hours per week | 1 in 4 on-call
