Transport Support Administrator 

Location: Broadwell Works, Birmingham Rd, Oldbury B69 4DA
Hours: Monday to Friday, typically 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Start Date: 1 September 2026
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
Type: Temporary, with potential to become permanent

We are recruiting for a temporary Admin Support position to join our client's team based in Oldbury.

The successful candidate will provide general administrative support, including reviewing and processing vehicle accident estimates and assisting with day-to-day administration.

There is a strong possibility that the role could become permanent for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reviewing and processing vehicle accident estimates
• Completing general administrative tasks
• Processing information accurately
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation
• Supporting the team with day-to-day administration
• Ensuring information is complete and up to date

• Previous administration experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Good organisational skills
• Confident using computers and Microsoft Office
• Accurate and methodical approach to work
• Good communication skills
• Reliable and able to work independently

The successful candidate will be required to attend a short interview with the hiring manager before the temporary assignment is confirmed.

There is some flexibility around start and finish times, although the typical working hours are 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
