The school is seeking a proactive Learning Support Assistant for a long-term position, with the possibility of permanent employment for the right candidate. The successful individual will work alongside teachers and students across Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4), providing in-class support, encouraging engagement, and assisting with individual learning needs.

Key qualifications and skills:

• Experience supporting children or young people in an educational setting
• Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build positive relationships with students and colleagues
• A patient, supportive, and adaptable approach
• A genuine passion for supporting young people’s success
