You don't have to be an experienced TA

We want to hear from people who have experience working with children or young people, whether that's in:

• Schools or nurseries
• Childcare
• Youth work
• Sports or coaching
• Residential care
• Mentoring
• Volunteering

If you're reliable, caring, confident around children and able to build positive relationships, we'd like to hear from you.

What will you be doing?

As a Teaching Assistant, you could be:

• Supporting the class teacher during lessons
• Working 1:1 or with small groups
• Helping pupils stay engaged and confident
• Supporting learning, wellbeing and behaviour
• Encouraging independence
• Creating a positive and inclusive classroom
