Learning Support Assistant 

Are you passionate about supporting young people in their learning and development? We have a community primary School in Liverpool (L11) looking for enthusiastic graduates or experienced individuals to join their supportive and motivated teams as Learning Support Assistants (LSAs).

About the Role

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:

• Support pupils with Learning and development in a KS1 or KS2 class

• Work 1:1 and in small groups within mainstream and SEN classrooms

• Collaborate closely with class teachers and the wider school team to enhance learning outcomes

• Help children develop confidence, independence, and resilience in their education journey

Who We’re Looking For: 

• Graduates and non-graduates are welcome

• Caring, compassionate, and patient personality essential

• Ability to work 5 days a week, with flexibility to adapt to pupils’ needs

• Eligible to work in the UK with a valid National Insurance number

• Able to provide recent and relevant references
