Attendance & Welfare Officer Wembley, North West London Do you have experience working with children or young people and a strong understanding of attendance, pastoral care and student wellbeing? KPI Education is working in partnership with a supportive and inclusive secondary school in Wembley to recruit an experienced and proactive Attendance & Welfare Officer for September 2026. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to play a key role in improving student attendance, supporting pupil welfare and helping young people engage positively with school life. First Aid training is essential for this position. The Role As an Attendance & Welfare Officer, you will work closely with students, parents, teachers, pastoral staff and senior leaders to identify and address barriers affecting attendance and wellbeing. You will be responsible for monitoring attendance, following up on absences and providing practical and pastoral support to students who may be experiencing difficulties at school or at home. The successful candidate will be approachable, resilient and confident communicating with a wide range of people while maintaining professional boundaries and confidentiality.
