Are you creative, enthusiastic and full of ideas?

Milk Education is looking for a Creative Learning Assistant to join a welcoming Primary School in Hartlepool.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who loves art, drama, music, storytelling, crafts, creative projects or simply finding fun ways to get children excited about learning.

You'll support pupils in the classroom while helping teachers bring lessons and enrichment activities to life.

• 🎨 Supporting creative classroom activities.
• 🎭 Using drama, storytelling and role-play to encourage engagement.
• 🎵 Getting involved in music and creative projects.
• 📚 Helping pupils develop literacy through creative activities.
• 🧩 Supporting practical and hands-on learning.
• 👥 Working with individuals and small groups.
• 🌟 Encouraging pupils who may lack confidence.
• 💡 Helping teachers create engaging learning experiences.
• 💛 Building positive relationships with children.

✨ We're Looking For Someone Who...

• Is creative, enthusiastic and full of ideas.
• Loves working with children.
• Can think outside the box.
• Is confident getting involved in activities.
• Has experience in education, childcare, youth work, arts, drama, sport or similar — desirable.
• Could be a graduate or aspiring teacher.
• Has volunteering or placement experience working with children.
• Is reliable, adaptable and ready to make an impact.

This role is paid within the advertised pay scale. Your starting rate will be determined by your qualifications, relevant experience, and the requirements of the assignment.
