Warehouse Operative / FLT Driver – Tamworth

Location: Tamworth
Pay: £13.50–£14.00 per hour
Full-Time | Immediate Opportunity

We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative / FLT Driver to join a busy warehouse environment in Tamworth.

This is a varied role, with approximately 70% warehouse duties and 30% FLT operation, so we're looking for someone who is happy working across both areas and can work independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Picking approximately 200–300 orders per day
• Handling and lifting boxes weighing up to 20kg
• Putting goods away and ensuring stock is stored correctly
• Loading and unloading vehicles
• Reloading goods as required
• Operating a forklift as part of the role
• Working accurately and efficiently to meet daily targets
• Maintaining a clean and organised working environment

About You

• Previous warehouse experience
• Valid driving licence required – up to 6 points considered
• FLT experience/licence
• Comfortable with manual handling and lifting up to 20kg
• Able to work independently
• Accurate and efficient with good attention to detail
• Reliable and hardworking
• Comfortable working at pace and meeting targets

70% Warehouse | 30% FLT
