The Role
As a Paint Sprayer / Paint Technician, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality vehicle finishes, ensuring every repair meets the highest standards before vehicles are returned to customers.

Your responsibilities will include:
·Preparing vehicles and panels ready for the paint process.
·Mixing and colour matching paints to manufacturer specifications.
·Applying primer, basecoat and clearcoat using professional spray-painting techniques.
·Carrying out paint rectification and polishing where required.
·Maintaining exceptional standards of finish and presentation.
·Working closely with Panel Beaters, MET Technicians and the wider bodyshop team.
·Ensuring all work is completed efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
·Following all health, safety and environmental procedures.

About You
We're looking for an experienced Paint Sprayer / Paint Technician / Vehicle Paint Technician / Paint Refinisher who takes pride in producing first-class paint finishes.

You will ideally have:
·Previous experience as a Paint Sprayer, Paint Technician or Vehicle Paint Refinisher.  
·Recognised qualification in Vehicle Refinishing (NVQ / IMI / City & Guilds / ATA or equivalent), with a commitment to continuous professional development.
·Excellent colour matching and blending skills.
·Experience working within a busy accident repair centre or bodyshop.
·High attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
·The ability to work efficiently and meet agreed deadlines.
·A positive attitude and strong team-working skills.
·A full UK driving licence.
