The Headteacher is seeking to appoint a motivated and enthusiastic NQT / ECT Maths Teacher on a long-term basis until the end of the academic year, with the potential for a permanent position for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging Maths lessons across Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4)
• Support pupils in preparing for their GCSE Maths examinations
• Plan and deliver well-structured, stimulating lessons
• Effectively implement the school’s schemes of learning
• Develop strong classroom and behaviour management skills, with guidance from experienced colleagues

Person Specification

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a specialism in Maths
• NQTs and ECTs are warmly encouraged to apply
• Experience teaching Maths during training placements or previous roles
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A positive, adaptable, and proactive approach to teaching
• A genuine passion for supporting pupil progress and achievement
