The RoleThe practice is seeking an autonomous Advanced Nurse Practitioner who is confident managing a wide range of acute and minor illness presentations within primary care. The successful candidate will work alongside experienced GPs, Nurses, Pharmacists, Physician Associates and wider clinical staff, providing safe, evidence-based care to a diverse patient population. The post holder will be responsible for independently assessing, diagnosing, investigating and treating patients, making appropriate referrals where necessary and ensuring the highest standards of clinical care are consistently maintained.
