Brightwork are recruiting for an immediately available QA Technician to join our prestigious manufacturing client at one of their sites in Irvine, to work on a full-time, temporary basis.

Working within the wider quality assurance team. You will have a varied, challenging and rewarding role working as part of the batch review & release team, reporting to the QA Supervisor.

This role is offered on a temporary ongoing basis, working Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm, 37.5 hours per week with an immediate start available.

Key Accountabilities will Include:

- Involvement in all aspects of QA Checks from pre manufacturing, during manufacturing and batch review and release post-manufacture.
- Using systems such as SAP and Trackwise to create inspection plans for finished products.
- Dealing with non-conformaces and CAPA's.
- Create and review finished product labels.
- Review various documentation prior to and following production.

The successful candidate will possess:

- Working knowledge from a GMP environment, with a high level of attention to detail
- Computer literacy
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Report writing skills
- Root Cause Analysis or similar analysis
- Practical experience of performing in-house training and development of required procedures
- Some manual handling duties
- Compliance with facility access control procedure and the wearing of PPE
