Behaviour Support Worker

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Supporting pupils one-to-one and in small groups, responding to their individual needs across KS1 and KS2
• Working alongside the class teacher on lesson planning and adapting resources
• Help students regulate emotions, build resilience, and re-engage with education
• Use restorative practices to encourage positive behaviour
• Work alongside therapists and staff in a holistic, trauma-informed environment

Requirements or Skills:

• Experience working with challenging children is a MUST
• Excellent skills in behaviour management
• Solid numeracy and literacy skills
• Comfortable taking direction from the class teacher and working as part of a team
