A luxury 5-star hotel in Durrës is looking for an experienced Bar Manager to lead multiple bar outlets and deliver an exceptional beverage experience.

The Role

You will oversee daily bar operations, lead and develop the team, maintain the highest service standards, and drive commercial performance across all outlets.

You will be responsible for:

• Managing multiple bar outlets and leading the bar teams.
• Delivering outstanding guest experiences and premium beverage service.
• Managing stock, ordering, inventory, and beverage quality.
• Monitoring P&L, COGS, labour costs, and overall bar profitability.
• Driving revenue through upselling, promotions, and innovative beverage offerings.
• Ensuring compliance with hygiene, safety, and company standards.

About You

• Previous experience as a Bar Manager in a luxury hotel or premium hospitality environment.
• Experience managing multiple outlets and high-volume operations.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Good understanding of P&L, COGS, stock control, and cost management.
• Excellent knowledge of cocktails, wines, and spirits.
