1:1 Teaching Assistant - September Start - Dorking, Redhill, Reigate, Horley, West Ashtead, Surrey areas

 Long term, short term, Full time or Part time role

Milk education seeking to appoint caring, dedicated, and enthusiastic 1:1 Teaching Assistants  to support pupils in local schools

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide 1:1 support for pupils
  • Work closely with class teachers and the SENCO to implement individual learning plans
  • Deliver targeted small group interventions
  • Create a positive, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment
  • Support pupils’ emotional wellbeing, independence, and confidence
  • Assist with classroom activities and adapt learning where appropriate

We Are Looking For Someone Who:

  • Has experience working with children with SEND (desirable but not essential)
  • Is patient, compassionate, and enthusiastic
  • Can work flexibly to meet a range of learning and emotional needs
  • Has excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Is committed to helping children achieve their full potential
