Nursery Practitioners & Teaching Assistants – Leamington Spa

We are currently seeking qualified and experienced Early Years professionals who are passionate about delivering outstanding childcare.

Role Details

• Location: Leamington Spa and surrounding areas
• Contract: Ongoing (3–5 days per week) Guaranteed salary with a minimum 3-day weekly commitment.
• Flexible Hours: Full days (minimum 8 hours) OR PM shifts from 12:00 pm
• Between Monday and Friday
• Pay: Up to £16.25 per hour (including holiday pay). This is based on a 40-hour week.
• Work Type: Flexible bank work (block bookings, full-time, or part-time)
• Guaranteed salary with a minimum 3-day weekly commitment

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional care and learning for children aged 0–5 within the EYFS framework.
• Create safe, stimulating, and inclusive environments
• Follow safeguarding procedures and nursery policies

What We're Looking For:

You must meet one of the following:

• Level 2 or above qualification in Early Years/Childcare (UK recognised)
• Teaching Assistant qualification (Level 2+) obtained before 2014
• EYPS, EYTS, PGCE, or QTS with Early Years/EYFS experience
• OR
• At least 4 months of full-time UK nursery/early years experience (employment or placement) with references
