We are looking for an experienced Automotive Paint Sprayer to join our team in Oldbury. This is an excellent opportunity to work a permanent afternoon shift with a long weekend every week.

Key Responsibilities

• Mix paint in accordance with specified mixing ratios.
• Apply paint coatings to the correct thicknesses as outlined in process documentation.
• Ensure painted finishes meet customer quality standards and internal specifications.
• Achieve daily production output targets.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
• Support the wider team in meeting production and quality objectives.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a Paint Sprayer, ideally within the automotive, aerospace, or manufacturing sectors.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to read, interpret, and follow process documentation.
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Working Hours

• Monday to Thursday
• 2:00 PM – 12:00 AM (Midnight)
• Enjoy a 3-day weekend every week.
