Your role

Working alongside the Head Chef, you'll be involved well before the doors open.

You'll spend time training within the group's existing kitchens, learning the systems, building relationships and preparing for a successful launch.

Once open, you'll help lead a large kitchen operation by:

• Supporting the day-to-day running of the kitchen
• Driving food quality and consistency
• Training and mentoring the brigade
• Managing stock, ordering and GP
• Maintaining food safety and hygiene standards
• Helping deliver a smooth, successful opening
• Supporting the Head Chef with menu development and seasonal changes

We're looking for someone who has:

• Experience as a Sous Chef or an ambitious Junior Sous Chef ready for the next step
• A background in quality restaurants, gastro pubs, brasseries or premium casual dining
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Confidence leading a team during busy service
• Good commercial awareness and stock management
• A hands-on approach with a passion for quality food
• The enthusiasm to help build something from the ground up
