Commercial Manager Location Hybrid Working | Office-based during onboarding in Halifax, followed by a client-facing hybrid role Salary Up to £50,000 (DOE) + Commission + Company Bonus About the Company Our client is a well-established principal main contractor specialising in fast-paced planned and reactive maintenance projects across the construction sector. With a strong reputation for delivering high-quality maintenance solutions, they have built long-standing relationships across sectors including retail and charities and are now entering an exciting phase of growth. As part of their expansion plans, they are looking to appoint a Commercial Business Manager. For the right individual, this role can naturally evolve into a blend of business development and account management, offering an excellent opportunity to build a long-term career within a growing business. The Role This is a commercially focused position combining new business generation with client relationship management. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, securing maintenance contracts, and developing long-term relationships with existing customers to maximise revenue growth. The role is highly client-facing and offers the autonomy to manage your own diary, spending the majority of your time meeting clients, developing relationships and identifying opportunities across your region. Following an initial onboarding period where you'll work closely with the wider team to understand the business, its culture and service offering, you'll transition into a hybrid role with significant time spent on the road visiting clients.
