What you'll be doing:

• Deliver one-to-one and small group academic interventions.
• Support teachers in creating engaging and inclusive lessons.
• Build positive relationships with pupils across the school.
• Help raise attainment and confidence in the classroom.
• Gain hands-on experience of teaching, behaviour management and pastoral care.
• Work closely with experienced teachers and school leaders.
