About You, We are looking for enthusiastic and committed trainee teachers who :

• Are currently completing a PGCE, SCITT, School Direct, or other recognised teacher training programme
• Have, or will achieve Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) by September 2026
• Possess strong subject knowledge and a passion for education
• Have demonstrated effective classroom practice during teaching placements
• Are committed to raising attainment and inspiring young people
• Demonstrate resilience, professionalism, and a willingness to learn
• Are eager to build a successful and rewarding career within secondary education
