About the Role

As an RE Teacher, you will:

• Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality Religious Education lessons in line with the national curriculum
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports learning and student wellbeing
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively and maintain high expectations for all learners
• Encourage critical thinking, respectful discussion, and cultural awareness among students
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and school staff to support student progress and achievement

What We’re Looking For

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification
• Experience teaching RE within a secondary school setting
• Strong subject knowledge and a passion for Religious Education
• Excellent communication, organisation, and classroom management skills
• A proactive and adaptable approach to teaching
