Restaurant Manager – Caribbean Luxury Resort

Salary: $36,000 USD to $40,000 USD + housing provided, visa support, bonus, benefits, flights, relocation allowace and more

Location: Jamaica

Our client is an award-winning luxury hotel group based in Jamaica. We are assisting them in their search for a Restaurant Manager to work in their Asian inspired restaurant!

Responsibilities:

• Daily operations of the restaurant
• Manage and motivate a team
• Manage restaurant financials and P&L
• Staff scheduling
• Maintaining brand standards
• Ensuring guests are having the ultimate experience

The Ideal Candidate:

• Service focused personality is essential and previous leadership experience required
• A passion for Food & Beverage. On trend knowledge. Beverage experience is a plus
• A strong leader that brings positive energy to the team
• Great career stability
• Can easily relocate
