• Proven background in sales, business development, account management, or a senior hospitality role
• Agency recruitment experience is ideal, especially across hospitality, retail, or service sectors 🍽️
• Comfortable winning new business, negotiating terms, and building proper recruitment solutions 💼
• Confident managing and growing key accounts, not just maintaining them 📊
• Able to handle volume – both in terms of candidates and incoming enquiries – without dropping quality
