Shift Manager – London – New Brand in the UK

Salary up to £32,000 + Monthly Bonus

I am working with an exciting new-to-UK hospitality brand set to take the food scene by storm in the coming months. This is a fantastic opportunity for passionate and driven Shift Managers to join at launch stage and be part of something from the very beginning.

This well-established US concept has built an outstanding reputation overseas and is now gearing up for major success within the UK market. We are looking for hands-on team leaders who thrive in fast-paced environments and are ready to take ownership of shifts and support daily operations.

The Shift Manager Role:

• Leading shifts and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
• Supporting management in delivering exceptional food quality & guest service
• Being hands-on across both front and back-of-house
• Supervising, motivating and coaching team members during shifts
• Ensuring operational standards, cleanliness, and compliance are maintained
• Supporting labour control and productivity during shifts
• Handling guest feedback and resolving issues effectively
• Driving team engagement and maintaining a positive shift culture

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience as a Shift Manager, Supervisor, or Team Leader in hospitality
• A confident leader with a positive and energetic approach
• Strong communication and team management skills
• Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
• A hands-on attitude with a lead-by-example mindset
• Passion for hospitality and delivering great guest experiences
