We’re recruiting a Sous Chef to join a luxury care home kitchen, delivering fresh, nutritious, restaurant-quality food for residents, guests and visitors.

The Offer

• £17.00 per hour (£35,000–£38,000+)
• 40 hours per week
• Shifts between 7:00am – 8:00pm
• Alternate weekends required
• Up to 30 days holiday + bank holidays

The Role

• Support the Head Chef in running the kitchen.
• Deliver high-quality, nutritious meals daily.
• Lead and develop junior chefs.
• Maintain excellent food standards and presentation
• Support menu development and seasonal changes
• Ensure food safety, hygiene and compliance
• Help create a positive and professional kitchen culture.

About You

• Sous Chef or strong Chef de Partie ready to step up.
• Around 5 years’ kitchen experience.
• Reliable, consistent and committed to long-term roles.
