A dynamic, premium food brand with multiple locations across London is looking for an experienced Central Production Manager to lead its production operations. This is a pivotal role for a business aiming to scale and expand its reach, requiring someone who can combine operational excellence with strong food safety knowledge.

The Role

• Oversee and optimise all aspects of the central production unit (CPU), ensuring consistent product quality, food safety, and operational efficiency.
• Lead and develop a skilled production team, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
• Manage relationships across the supply chain, including operations, NPD, and logistics.
• Ensure full compliance with food safety standards, including Salsa accreditation, and readiness for external audits.
• Support scaling production to meet growing demand while maintaining brand integrity.
• Implement systems to manage volume growth efficiently without compromising quality.

About You

• Proven experience in central production or food manufacturing, ideally in a multi-site or fast-moving environment.
• Strong knowledge of Salsa, HACCP, and other food safety/compliance systems.
• Natural leader with excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Commercially aware, able to balance quality, cost, and scalability.
• Hands-on, practical, and comfortable working in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial business.
