Job Opportunity: Litigation Solicitor – Insurance Defence (NQ-5 PQE)

Location: Belfast

Overview:

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Solicitor to join a busy and expanding Insurance Defence team in Belfast. You'll handle a mix of motor, EL/PL, disease and other liability claims in a supportive, modern environment with genuine scope to grow your skills and take on exciting, developing areas of law.

Role Requirements:

• Managing and assisting on a varied caseload for insurer and commercial clients
• Conducting investigations, taking statements and reviewing evidence
• Drafting pleadings, reports and client advice
• Attending court hearings, reviews and pre‑trial meetings
• Progressing files efficiently while meeting reporting and SLA requirements
• Supporting Senior Lawyers on key clients and business development activity

Experience:

• NQ-5 PQE with experience in personal injury litigation
• Insurance defence experience helpful but not essential

Skills:

• Confident communicator and keen problem‑solver
• Organised, adaptable and motivated in a fast‑moving team
• Client‑focused with a collaborative approach
