KPI Hospitality are on the lookout for a Chef for our client based in Edinburgh on an ad-hoc basis.

Our client is a welcoming space where good food brings people together. Were now looking for a Relief Chef to support their kitchen as and when required, helping serve nutritious, well-prepared meals that make a real difference to peoples lives.

This is a rewarding opportunity for a chef who enjoys cooking with purpose, values teamwork, and takes pride in maintaining high standards in a community-focused kitchen.

About the role

As a Relief Chef, you’ll be responsible for delivering healthy, cost-effective menus that meet a range of dietary and nutritional needs. You’ll work in a commercial kitchen environment, ensuring excellent food hygiene and safety standards at all times, and leaving the kitchen clean, organised, and ready for service.

• Have solid experience preparing and serving food in a commercial kitchen
• Enjoy working with and supporting others, including volunteers
• Understand the importance of catering for diverse community needs
• Communicate clearly in English and build positive working relationships
