What You Will Do:

* Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of cutting-edge mechatronic systems.

* Support the development of customer and system level requirements, creating system targets and specifications.

* Work across multiple teams, understanding diverse stakeholder needs to successfully integrate quality solutions.

What You Will Bring

* Proven experience in product creation & delivery, change control, and change management processes.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of effective team collaboration.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of influencing and engaging stakeholders.

* Knowledge of Systems Engineering principles, with experience in system definition and architecture development.

* Highly desirable to have knowledge of automotive mechatronic systems, including Latches, Spindle Drives, & Control Modules
