Warehouse Cleaner

Location: Swadlincote, DE11

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 PM - 5:00 AM

Pay Rate: £14 per hour

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Cleaner to join our team in Swadlincote. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of cleaning experience and ideally warehouse experience. This is a night shift position with consistent hours from Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain a clean and orderly warehouse environment.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and break areas.
• Empty trash bins and replace liners.
• Dust and clean surfaces, including shelves and equipment.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of cleaning experience.
• Ability to work night shifts from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean environment.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.

There is a subsidiary canteen with hot food, possible progression and could lead to a perm position.
