KPI Recruiting LTD are excited to be recruiting on behalf of our client in the ST6 area of Stoke-on-Trent

Due to continued expansion, our client is looking for a production operator who has previous experience within metal or steel work.

The Role

As a production operator you will be responsible for the safe running of the machine. You will also have a hands-on approach in learning new skills whilst absorbing the training that will be provided by the company. Mixing and moulding is a key part of the role, so experience with this type of material is advantageous.

The Shifts / Hours

4 x days work per week with a 3 day weekend!!

To begin, the successful applicant will work on days (6am to 6pm). This will then switch to rotating shift patterns (Days & Nights)

Week 1: Monday to Thursday (6am to 6pm)

Week 2: Monday to Thursday (6pm to 6am)

Breaks

1 x hour PAID break (48 hours paid per week)

Pay Rate

Days: £12.25

Nights: £14.09

• Punctuality, reliability and a willingness to learn is vital for this role.
• Previous experience within a similar role / industry is advantageous
