Our esteemed client's corporate team in Luxembourg is actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Associate to oversee a wide spectrum of corporate matters, including M&A, corporate finance, private equity, reorganizations, joint venture structuring, and corporate governance for both national and international clients. As an Associate, you will take charge of managing files from inception to completion, engaging directly with clients, and contributing to intricate cross-border transactions. The ideal candidate will boast strong academic credentials, relevant corporate experience, and exceptional communication skills in English and French (proficiency in German is advantageous).

Responsibilities:

• Independently handle corporate files, guiding them through from initiation to conclusion.
• Maintain direct communication with clients, providing sound legal advice and guidance.
• Actively participate in complex cross-border transactions, aiding in the resolution of legal challenges.
• Foster collaboration with the corporate team and other departments within the firm.
• Stay well-versed in pertinent legal developments, maintaining an international perspective.

Requirements:

• Possess a Master’s degree in Law from a European University with a stellar academic track record.
• Accumulate 2 to 4 years of experience in the corporate department of an international or national law firm.
• Demonstrate robust technical skills and an international outlook.
• Exhibit the ability to work independently while seeking guidance when required.
