TRM International has an exciting new opportunity for a COO / Vice President of Operations within a rapidly growing investment management venture capitalist fund. Skills:

• Experience working within the UK, Europe and the US is preferred.

• Experience working back-office functions across venture capital or private equity.

• Analytical thinker.

• Degree educated essential.

• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

• Understanding of the venture capitalist ecosystem.

• Eager to work with early-stage startups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Help structure and execute deals to ensure compliancy, tax efficiency and minimal FX exposure.

• Liaise with fund admin to manage capital calls, wire transfers and distributions.

• Work with partners to onboard investors into funds.

• Implement systems for tracking portfolio company KPIs, financial performance and projections. 

• Build and maintain fund projections to facilitate planning.

• Track portfolio company valuations.

• Lead on all aspects of regulation and compliance.

• Manage all aspects of reporting to tax authorities and other stakeholders.

• Draw up budgets and forecasts.
