Role: Production Operative 
Location: Pontyclun
Hours: 4-day working week, 6:00AM - 6:00PM
Pay: £12.71 per hour

Immediate start available. We're recruiting a Production Operative to join a well-established manufacturing site in Pontyclun. This is stable, ongoing machine minding work in a fast-paced production environment, ideal if you want consistent weekday hours. You'll be part of a team keeping high-volume production safe, efficient and to the required quality standards.

The Role:

• Operate and monitor production machinery
• Feed materials onto the production lines
• Carry out basic quality checks and visual inspections
• Pack and palletise finished products
• Keep your area clean and safe and follow strict health, safety and hygiene standards

The Requirements:

• Previous production, manufacturing, FMCG or food and drink experience desirable, but not essential
• Strong attention to detail and a reliable work ethic
• Team player who can work in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to work weekly rotating shifts
• Good timekeeping and attendance
• Able to commute reliably to Pontyclun
