HGV CLASS 2 TIPPER DRIVER - IRLAM

People Solutions are currently recruiting for HGV Class 2 Tipper Drivers to join our client’s growing transport operation in Irlam, Greater Manchester. This is a fantastic opportunity offering great rates of pay and room to grow and progress.

This position is ideal for applicants looking for a role as a LGV Class 2 Driver, Category C Driver or Truck Driver.

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday 6.00am start

Pay Rate: £16.00 per hour

Day-to-Day Duties

• Safely operate and drive Class 2 vehicles to and from delivery locations
• Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any defects to management
• Adhere to all traffic laws and road safety regulations
• Maintain accurate delivery records and paperwork
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and site staff

Essential Skills

• Valid UK Category C Licence
• Valid UK CPC Card and Digital Tachograph Card
• Must have Muckaway experience
• No more than six penalty points for minor offences (no IN, DR, DD, CD codes)
• Must have 2 years experience
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Understanding of road safety and compliance

Training

• Full industry-related training provided
• Ongoing support and development throughout your assignment
