TeacherActive is proud to be working with a secondary school in Stanley who are looking for a PE Teacher to support their PE department. The school is looking for a confident and enthusiastic educator who can engage pupils and promote positive participation in physical education.

The school is looking to take on a PE Teacher on a day-to-day basis, delivering pre-planned PE lessons across the secondary age range as required. The successful PE Teacher will be expected to manage classes effectively, maintain a positive learning environment and ensure pupils remain engaged throughout lessons.

The successful PE Teacher will have:

• QTS with a PE specialism (ECTs are also welcome to apply)
• Experience teaching PE within a secondary school
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Confidence delivering engaging PE lessons
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• An adaptable and positive approach
