Role Overview

We’re seeking Front of House Senior Waiting Staff to join our casual pool of hospitality professionals. This role is ideal for experienced wait staff who can deliver polished guest service, support VIP standards, and work confidently in fast-paced event environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality front of house service for VIP events and client functions

• Deliver exceptional hospitality and customer service from arrival to departure

• Support set-up and service standards (table service, timing, presentation)

• Liaise with event leads to ensure smooth running of service

• Maintain professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail with VIP guests

• Uphold hygiene, safety, and venue procedures at all times

Dates / Availability

• Dates across October required for VIP events

• Flexible availability across the month is preferred

Pay & Employment Type

• PAYE rate paid the following week + holiday pay

• Casual/zero-hours style arrangements depending on confirmed event bookings

Requirements

• Proven experience in waiting / front of house roles, preferably at high-end events

• Strong attention to detail and confidence with VIP service expectations

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and work in busy service windows

• Reliability and punctuality for scheduled dates
