Developing care provider require a Residential Home Manager in the Southampton, Hampshire area. The Owner is looking to recruit a Residential Home Manager to take ownership of their 30 bed residential home. We are looking for a passionate, flexible, registered manager who has a background in elderly and dementia care. The care provider prides themselves on their family-like, supportive environment and are seeking candidates of an experienced background and those looking for their next challenge. We are open to candidates from a residential home background - as long as you are experienced and confident in managing an elderly / dementia care service, we want to hear from you!

Job Requirements for Residential Home Manager:
• Overall responsibility of the home
• Staff management/ appraisals/ training
• Budgets/ business development / marketing
• Care plans/ reviews/ meetings
• Strong understanding of CQC KLOEs
• Being a present and visible leader of the service


Skills/ Qualifications Registered Home Manager:
• Management experience
• IT literate, competent and accurate
• Passionate about making a meaningful impact to lives of residents
• Hands on practical approach, Dynamic & Enthusiastic
• Strong knowledge of CQC and Care Standards
• Level 5 or equivalent is advantageous
