Dust Cart Loader – Norwich, Norfolk

ARC are recruiting on behalf of a market‑leading waste management company, seeking hard‑working and reliable dust cart loaders to join a well‑established team.

About the Role

You’ll work as part of a crew loading the lorry, emptying dust carts, and keeping daily operations running smoothly in a fast‑paced environment. This is hands‑on, physical work where teamwork and efficiency are essential.

Key Duties

• Loading and emptying dust carts as part of a team

• Supporting smooth daily waste collection operations

• Working Monday–Friday, with occasional weekend shifts (overtime rates apply)

• Maintaining speed and accuracy to meet daily targets

• Following all safety procedures and site guidelines

Requirements

• Previous experience in waste, recycling, labouring, or similar environments

• Physically fit and able to lift, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive tasks

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well within a team

• Strong awareness of safety and willingness to follow instructions

• Essential PPE: safety shoes and high‑visibility vest
