TeacherActive is proud to be working with a Welsh speaking school in Caerphilly that provides a supportive and nurturing environment for its pupils. The school is looking for a Welsh Speaking Teaching Assistant who can build positive relationships with children and contribute to an inclusive learning environment.

The school is looking to take on a Welsh Speaking Teaching Assistant on a long-term basis with an immediate start. The successful Welsh Speaking Teaching Assistant will work within the nursery class, supporting pupils with complex ALN, assisting with personal care and helping children engage with their learning and daily routines.

The successful Welsh Speaking Teaching Assistant will have:

• Fluency in Welsh
• Experience working with children in an educational or Early Years setting
• Experience supporting children with ALN and complex needs
• Confidence supporting pupils with personal care
• A nurturing, patient and caring approach
• The ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
