We are looking for a Children’s Support Worker who is resilient and nurturing to become part of our unique school community, caring for young people who have severe and complex learning needs and autism. You will be required to be pro-active, kind, communicative with non-verbal students (so experience with communication cards or PECS is desirable) and patient.

The role is a long-term opportunity for the rest of the academic year, with potential to go permanent for the right support worker.

  • Provide emotional and physical support to allow the children to reach their full potential in sometimes challenging situations.
  • Day to day 1:1 support with students with severe and complex learning needs and autism.
