Head of Membership – Private Members Club

Location: Dubai
Reporting to: General Manager

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Head of Membership to lead the membership strategy for a prestigious luxury private members club in Dubai.

This is a highly visible, member-facing leadership role focused on membership growth, engagement and retention, while ensuring an exceptional experience for a sophisticated community of high-net-worth individuals, industry leaders and luxury lifestyle clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to grow, engage and retain the membership base
• Lead the full member journey, from acquisition and onboarding through to engagement and renewal
• Build strong, trusted relationships with members and understand their evolving needs
• Create and deliver a compelling calendar of bespoke events, experiences and member programming
• Use member feedback and insights to continually enhance the overall experience
• Lead and develop a high-performing Membership team
• Collaborate closely with Events, Marketing and F&B to deliver a seamless member experience
• Support membership campaigns and communications to strengthen the club’s positioning and drive acquisition
• Champion exceptional luxury service standards across every member touchpoint

Candidate Profile

• Proven senior experience within private members clubs, luxury hospitality, premium lifestyle or luxury brands in Dubai ideally
• Strong track record in membership sales, retention and engagement
• Commercially astute with excellent relationship-building and networking skills
• Deep understanding of luxury consumers and high-net-worth clientele
• Creative and confident in developing events, experiences and engagement initiatives
• Inspirational leader with a hands-on approach and strong attention to detail
• Highly polished, professional and comfortable operating in a sophisticated, member-facing environment
